A superb decline bench with snug fitting upholstery to lock in the users legs. Puts the user at the perfect decline position to perform the decline press. The rear of the bench has nicely arranges plate tree holders to help keep the gym tidy and offer quick and easy access to plates. It is nice and wide at the rear to allow a spotter to be as close as possible to the user to help perform heavier lifts.
